Ingredients

  • 1 box Sophie’s Kitchen plant-based fish fillets

    For the Aioli:

  • 1/2 cup vegan mayo

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp lemon zest

  • 1 garlic clove minced

  • capers and black pepper (optional)

Preparation

  • Cook Fish Fillets according to package. 

  • Whisk all the ingredients together and serve on top of cooked fish fillets.
