HOW TO PREPARE: FISH FILLET
Fully Cooked-Simply reheat.
Prep: Thaw in Refrigerator Overnight
Cooking Method: Sauté in frying pan with oil of choice. We love using Coconut Oil. (Do not Microwave)
Additional Direction: Cook each side for 2-4 minutes until lightly browned on each side. Use a dash of pepper, Old Bay Seasoning.
Serving Suggestion: Try Serving with a Squeeze of Lemon and Dollop or Tartar Sauce
Pairing: Great paired with Sweet Potato or Beet Chips, or over Brown Rice with Seasonal Vegetables or as a Fish Sandwich-enjoy with a ice cold Beer, or nice glass of Oaked California Chardonnay
