Sophie's Kitchen Toona Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 can Sea Salt Toona, drained

  • 2 green onions

  • 4 celery stalks, leaves separated

  • 1/2 of a small yellow onion

  • 1/2 cup vegan mayo

  • Juice from 1/2 a lemon

Preparation

  • Thoroughly drain Toona can from oil

  • Dice the green and yellow onions.

  • Chop celery stalks.

  • Combine Toona, vegetables, and mayo into a large mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.

  • Serve with a squeeze of lemon and toasty bread on the side. Enjoy!
